Co-op Policies
Code of Conduct
Our code of conduct apply to all members of the Co-op, and are expected of all people who enter the Co-op. Members agree to abide by these principles upon signing a Food Co-op membership form.
Grievance Policy
We have a methodical policy for dealing with workplace grievances at the Food Co-op. This policy applies to any member that has a grievance to raise.
Consignment Policy
This policy outlines the rules of our popular consignment system, where Co-op members can sell their goods under fair and transparent terms that reflect our values of sustainability, equity, and mutual support.
Discounts and Rewards (Honoraria) Policy
This policy outlines the rules of our discounts and rewards system, where Co-op Members are rewarded for their contributions, whether through membership or through volunteering. It contains rules relating to discounts, free/discounted drinks and meals, and store credit.
