Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively within a diverse team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Proven skills in planning and prioritising tasks within a demanding and dynamic environment with limited supervision<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Experience of office management and administration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Excellent written, electronic, individual face to face and group communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Experience of and commitment to high standard of customer service<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Understanding of financial business strategies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Understanding of and commitment to the goals of the Food Co-op, cooperative structures, consensus decision-making and conflict resolution strategies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.
